Henry is better. Still tired and weak and sleepy. But better.

sick baby
Henry has a bug, a virus they think. It started with vomiting on Sunday and high fevers. He ended up in Children's ER--he dehydrated very quickly. Now he can't quite get better. And he may hate ever having to have an IV again. I wouldn't blame him. Poor baby.

sometimes you ride, sometimes you pull
The snow has finally come to Wisconsin. Well, it came and has melted. This picture:

Is sort of accurate again. We had a little snow, then lots of snow, and then rain, and now we have arctic weather and you can see the grass again.
Miranda and Henry are off to Grandma and Grandpa's this weekend for a Mac-chasing, Nate-harassing, Grandma and Grandpa-hugging good time. Mom and Papa will resume their non-parent names and head to Detroit.

Christmas in review
Merry Christmas and a happy new year. Christmas is over, now that Miranda heads back to school tomorrow morning. So we made it. It was great to see the people we saw and I am so sad we didn't get to see more people we love.

It was a nice quiet holiday. I don't think anything funny happened, nor anything so bad it was funny. For that, we must be thankful.
